Description of Goods

Goods are described as accurately as possible. All our products have been chosen for their suitability for the allergy market but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all our products are suitable for all customers since sensitivities are so individual. It is the customer’s responsibility to check all ingredients on the packet or bottle before opening as opened products cannot be returned.

 

Please remember to add £4.50 for p/p unless otherwise stated. Items sent via Special Delivery or Direct Delivery are charged separately. Should more than one p/p charge occur, please add only the highest value to your order. Please note that delivery charges to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and anywhere off mainland Britain may be increased. We will notify you if this is the case. Because this cannot be automated at the checkout your order will be confirmed at the £4.50 rate and you will be notified of the real charge before your order is proccessed. 

 

Next Day Delivery
If you need your order urgently you may upgrade it to Next Day Delivery by ticking the appropriate box at the check out. There is an additional charge of £2.50 for this upgrade. As long as this is ordered before 12 noon on a normal working day and is not an item sent via Direct Delivery we will send it out the same day for delivery sometime the following working day. Please be aware that this does not include deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays or on any statutory holiday, neither does it include deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and anywhere off mainland Britain.

  

Delivery
Most orders are despatched within a few days and many go out within 24 hours of ordering. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the time of delivery and cannot accept responsibility for delays that are beyond our control. If you require goods to arrive at a specific time, please make sure you order well in advance. We must be notified of receipt of damaged goods immediately as claims must be made promptly.

 

Returns
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to take “reasonable care” of the goods. All returned goods must be unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in completely saleable condition. Should a product fail after 14 days, it must be returned for inspection prior to a replacement being sent. A Returns Form must accompany the goods. Please note that goods that are made or mixed up to order are non returnable unless for faulty workmanship.

 

14 days
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of order. The cost of the goods but not the postage will be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge and to charge for any goods not returned in saleable condition or exceeding the 14 day period.  Please notify us before returning goods and use the returns form enclosed with your order. We must be notified immediately of faulty or damaged goods to discuss method of return otherwise we will not accept responsibility for return charges.

 

7 days
Within 7 days of receipt of your order you have the right to notify us in writing and return the whole order (goods that are made up to order are non-returnable unless faulty). We will refund the full purchase price and postage. The goods must be returned at your expense and covered by insurance for their value should they go astray or be damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
