The Lumie Desk Lamp is a highly effective bright light for S.A.D., which also looks and functions just like a desk lamp. The flexible arm allows the lamp to be angled so that the light falls on the eyes and provides the right amount of bright light needed to relieve the symptoms of S.A.D. After the necessary treatment time the light can be dimmed to the desired level and used as a normal desk lamp.

 

Typical treatment time is one and a half hours, but because this unit is so flexible it is very easy to have on a desk while you are working without taking up too much space and the light is comfortable to work by.
